About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Clinical Recruiting to join our growing Talent team! The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large, multi-pronged talent team and working in fast-paced environment. As the Head of Clinical Recruiting, you will be responsible for a team of 30+ recruiters that hire more than 120 candidates per month. You must be able to fluently leverage data to inform operational improvements, capacity plan, and report to C-Level leadership.
The Head of Clinical Recruiting plays a key, cross-functional role, ensuring that Charlie Health has sufficient clinical capacity. Further, the Head of Clinical Recruiting is directly responsible for improving quality of hire and cost-per-hire through recruiter training and talent mapping. If you’re interested in a big role that allows you to get the best of both strategy and in-the-weeds execution, this position may be for you. Ultimately, the Head of Clinical Recruiting will be a key member of the talent leadership team and oversee the strategic direction of clinical hiring at Charlie Health.

Additional Information
The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $216,000 and $350,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience.
