Head of Commercial Delivery

About the Role

The Head of Commercial Delivery will manage projects such as launching new markets/products, closing markets/products, and any other large projects for the business with a focus on the commercial aspects. They will act as the point of contact for the platform provider, and other third parties for Zecure. The Head of Commercial Delivery will support ongoing commercial projects into key areas of interest.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading cross-departmental scoping, planning, and delivery of projects, including creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans
• Managing a team of two Senior Commercial Delivery Managers
• Hosting stakeholder updates, ensuring timely issue resolution, and acting as an ambassador towards Betsson Group and other stakeholders
• Estimating and tracking ETAs and deadlines to ensure timely execution
• Coordinating with the platform provider and external suppliers as needed
• Managing commercial product deliveries and overseeing development tasks and open issues
• Organizing meetings tailored to stakeholder and project needs
• Prioritizing and communicating progress on cross-functional requests

What We’re Looking For

• iGaming experience, preferably within Business Development, Project Management or Product Management.
• Good presentation skills
• Used to working towards deadlines, preferably with commercial KPIs in mind.
