About Boston Legacy FC
Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. We are passionate about advancing women’s sports, investing in our local community, and redefining the future of professional soccer. As a startup club with a big vision, we’re building from the ground up—and looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to be part of something extraordinary.
The Role
We are seeking a Head of Facilities to join our team at Boston Legacy Football Club. Boston Legacy FC, in partnership with the City of Boston, is renovating White Stadium in the heart of Boston as the future home of our team and Boston Public Schools. White Stadium will include the Grove, a community space for public events, community gatherings, and a year-round restaurant. We are also building a dedicated state-of-the-art performance center for the team in Brockton, MA, slated to open in early 2026.
The Head of Facilities will lead all aspects related to our facilities, from advising during construction through building a facilities-focused team and ultimately managing steady state operations. This individual’s responsibilities will include collaborating on design and development, project management, strategic planning, and creating a top-notch team and fan experience.
An ideal candidate will have a blend of experience supporting construction and managing facilities at arenas, stadiums, and entertainment venues. We have a strong preference for an individual who has operationalized new construction and led operations at a professional sports stadium, ideally soccer specific.
