EGYM is running a modern, SaaS-based internal IT infrastructure. We are looking for a Head of IT Services (m/f/d) based in Munich to help us further scale up the company, with a strong focus on process improvements and IT security. Direct Leadership: You manage a lean IT team of currently 3 people, ensuring operational excellence and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and security
Process Implementation: You establish and refine IT processes, making them robust and adapt to our fast-growing needs
Hands-On Management: You actively engage in both strategic planning and the day-to-day tasks needed to move projects forward, maintaining high transparency throughout the process

Your fitness level

Experienced Leader: You have a proven ability to lead IT teams, ideally in medium to large companies (500+ employees), with a hands-on approach
Project Management: You bring proven experience in planning and executing IT projects that improve operational efficiency and team performance
Tech Savvy: You are proficient with modern SaaS-based IT infrastructure such as Google Workspace, as opposed to traditional enterprise systems
Process-Oriented: You have experience working in environments with stringent process cultures and are familiar with the requirements of certifications like ISO27001

Your training goal for your first 6 months

Process Driven Culture: You have established a strong process culture inside the team, and made strides towards improved documentation and process compliance. This is your stepping stone towards more automation
Project Execution Excellence: You drive selected high-priority projects forward and support your team with excellent project management during project planning and execution
Optimization Drive: You have reduced the time and effort spent on IT helpdesk activities through a data-driven approach and strategic automation
Collaboration: You have established a trusting cooperation with your team as well as with important stakeholders and know what is important in terms of leadership at EGYM
