The Head of Revenue Operations is responsible for leading revenue operations, optimizing revenue processes, and driving overall revenue growth. He/She develops and implements strategies and ways of working, identifies useful tools, manages the sales operations team, and analyzes data to inform the management team on how to improve revenue generation across all sales and marketing functions. 

The Head of Revenue Operations implements the overall direction and strategy for the company’s sales team, by aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed KPIs, and by managing people and teams to help them perform their best. It is a vital function to enable data driven decision making at KINEXON.

YOUR TASKS 

  • Marketing & Sales Data / Performance / Process 
    • Maintaining, improving, and managing the CRM and other revenue-related tools 
    • Implementing an accurate and robust data process across all tools (esp. Sales Force and Hubspot) 
    • Concepting new ways of working and best in class processes for the daily work of the sales organisation and drive efficiency across all sales processes using the tool stack and CRM automation
    • Ensuring accurate, real-time visibility of sales performance and relevant KPIs along the entire marketing & sales funnel 
    • Comparing individual and departmental performances within the revenue-generating teams  
    • Improving forecasting to help align sales and marketing efforts 
    • Supporting the creation, communication, and alignment of revenue-focused goals and compensation structures 
  • Sales Support / Operations 
    • Coordinating offers, pricing strategies, and leading RFP processes to maximize revenue opportunities
    • Drafting and executing contracts, as well as managing contract and license agreements to ensure revenue security and compliance
    • Managing license renewals and maximizing revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • B2B revenue operations experience: minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in B2B revenue operations, preferably in enterprise software, Hardware as a Service (HaaS), or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions 
  • Expertise in revenue-focused tools: strong experience with Salesforce (+ strong CRM experience); Salesforce Certified Administrator qualification is a plus. Hubspot experience is a plus 
  • Process optimization expertise: strong experience in implementing and optimizing revenue-focused processes across sales functions  
  • Customer-centric approach: distinct customer orientation with proven skills in relationship management and aligning revenue strategies with customer needs 
  • Team-oriented with a focus on process improvement: demonstrated capability for identifying and implementing process improvements across revenue-generating teams 
  • RFP expertise: proven experience in the elaboration of Request for Proposals (RFPs) to win new revenue opportunities  
  • Language proficiency: fluent in both English and German, enabling effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and markets
