About the Role & Team
The Interactive Product Management team leads the strategy for Penn Interactive's incredible digital product portfolio – from theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino. This team impacts the way millions of people engage with our products in more personalized and immersive ways, leveraging bleeding-edge technologies.
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders to define a long-term vision for our products and work with engineering to turn that vision into reality.
You and your team, with support from your product peers, will drive all aspects of the products, to the front-end experience, to discover features to new experiences and innovation. In addition, you will be accountable for delivering business impact through subscriber growth and engagement across North America to increase market share.
Penn Interactive's products (theScore Media, theScore Bet, ESPN BET, and iCasino) sit at the intersection of content, business and technology and requires careful coordination across technologists, design teams, engineers, other business leaders, executives and strategic partners. You will not only define what we build, but how we prioritize investment to deliver those features. At the end of the day, your work will transform how Penn Interactive's products are discovered and enjoyed across North America.
The right candidate is a seasoned product veteran and technically confident across a breadth of product disciplines relevant to our industry. You are also a business strategist, a skilled team leader and exceptional communicator, comfortable presenting to the most senior levels of the company.
