We are looking for a Head Coach Visual Merchandising & Styling responsible for establishing and driving the strategies, plans, and processes that ensure the highest level of visual merchandising and styling execution within House of Innovation. In this role you will lead a team of VMS Assistant Head Coach, VMS Coaches and Specialists and ensure they deliver a world-class instore experience on a 365 basis. Drive and support best-in-class implementation of products presentation to ensure we are driving the complete Nike brand offense through the Raw Parisian Flair in close alignment with the HOI Sr. Headcoach Retail Marketing and Headcoach Retail brand.

You will be based in the city center of Paris, Nike´s most premium and important distribution channel "House of Innovation" and the store offices in the same building. As part of your role, you will be partnering up with internal stakeholders in EMEA, City and business and store functions as well as external stakeholders with suppliers, agencies, and third-party vendors. Education in the field of visual merchandising and styling and/or Bachelor in the field of retail marketing, communication, art & design, fashion & styling.
