Let’s start with the role


We are in search of a dedicated and highly motivated Hospitality and Gifting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the Key Account Management team in crafting memorable experiences for our valued customers. You will achieve this by expertly sourcing, planning, and coordinating exclusive events and hospitality, as well as by administering the tickets to Kaizen Gaming-sponsored events and curating gifting experiences for our Key Accounts. 

 

As a Hospitality and Events Coordinator, you will:
  • Source and coordinate a diverse range of VIP events, such as hospitality at sporting events, concerts, luxury dinners, and entertainment outings, all designed to foster stronger relationships with our key customers;
  • Administrate tickets to the Kaizen Gaming-sponsored events across all our markets;
  • Identify suitable gifting opportunities, carefully select thoughtful gifts, and manage the gifting process to guarantee timely delivery and a personalized touch;
  • Assist the Key Account Management team in developing the quarterly event and gifting plans by creating and owning a VIP calendar of events;
  • Collaborate with vendors, venues, travel agencies and service providers to secure the necessary arrangements for events and source high-quality gifts;
  • Efficiently support and assist suppliers, customers, and the KAM organization while also skillfully negotiating for the best value and pricing from suppliers;
  • Manage budgets for hospitality events and gifting programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising the delivery of exceptional experiences;
  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive end-to-end process for events and gifting requests, covering the entire journey from request submission to post-event evaluation;
  • Gather feedback from customers to assess the effectiveness of events and gifts, and make improvements based on their insights.

 

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a particular emphasis on key clients;
  • Budget management expertise, a cost-conscious mindset with strong negotiation skills;
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and project management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration;
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box;
  • Autonomy and ability to meet tight deadlines while effectively prioritizing and delivering high-quality work, even under pressure;
  • Familiarity with the gambling and entertainment industry is a plus;
  • Excellent command of English.
