About the role:

The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by efficiently handling various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

With highly organized and detail-oriented skills the HR Admin will support the smooth running of the HR Department by handling any external queries from new gym staff as well as existing members of the staff aiming to respond promptly and having the initiative of problem solving.

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. The duration of the apprenticeship if 16 months.

Key Tasks:

  • Employee Records Management and Compliance
  • Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfer and Promotion
  • Lateness/Absenteeism and Sickness Management
  • Employee Relations:
  • Ad-hoc tasks and clearance of folders

Requirements

  • Have confidence with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, can communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Well organised; able to prioritise and work to deadlines, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in typing and inputting.
  • An enthusiastic and flexible approach; personable; good team player; able to manage a busy and varied workload when required.
  • Proactive approach with `can do' attitude and a detail-orientated mentality.
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths
  • 3 A-Levels
