We are looking for an HR Budgeting and Reporting Analyst to join our team at Kaizen Gaming. In this role, you will be responsible for headcount and staff cost planning, reporting and controlling as well as analyzing HR metrics to support data-driven decision making and efficient resource allocation. You will collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to monitor personnel costs, analyze workforce trends, and generate insightful reports.

• Assist in headcount budgeting processes by preparing, analyzing, and reporting data aligned with the company’s strategy;
• Actively participate in the annual budgeting process, focusing on Headcount and Staff Costs;
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of reports, focusing on budget-to-actual performance and variance analysis;
• Liaise with the Finance team to reconcile actual costs with budget and forecast, providing support for decision-making processes;
• Prepare and update dashboards to monitor workforce metrics, staff costs, and other HR KPIs using tools such as Excel and Power BI, ensuring trends and performance are effectively tracked;
• Perform data collection, cleansing, and reporting standardization to ensure high-quality insights and reporting accuracy;
• Create and maintain periodic reports on demographic profiles, turnover rates, and other key workforce metrics;
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.

 

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or Business Administration;

• 2+ years of experience in a related role, such as budgeting, reporting, controlling, and/or financial reporting. Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus;

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas). Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus;
• Experience in handling, analyzing and visualizing data (e.g., tables, charts, graphs, dashboards);
• Fluency in English.
