Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a problem solver, positive and detail-oriented HR Ops Administrator to strengthen the Wargaming Vilnius HR Operations team!

HR Ops Administrator will support Migration Specialist on various immigration and HR documentation tasks – from technical preparation of the files till data analysis and communication with foreign employees and stakeholders. It is a unique possibility to work with different HR tasks and high-skilled immigration processes on all stages. 

What will you do?

‣ Documentation:  

  • Support HR documentation reviews and documents preparation 
  • Coordinate and assist HR projects related with employee life cycle in organization
  • Perform administrative HR tasks, 
  • Track and maintain employee data, employment documents in various HR data systems 
  • Organize and keep in the records relevant information related to hiring process 

‣ Immigration compliance: 

  • Assistance with migration related documentation and procedures: provide guidance, assistance and support to employees in migration-related questions
  • Assist in the technical preparation of files related to migration law (filling out applications, etc.) 
  • Track and monitor status of employee’s MIGRIS applications 
  • Communicate with foreign employees to collect and verify required immigration documents 
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the legal requirements 

‣ Data Analysis: 

  • Perform data and document’s transfer into systems to ensure data accuracy 
  • Analyse HR data to identify outdated information, update the records 

‣ Communication with stakeholders and employees, to gather information and provide updates

‣ Administrative Support: scheduling meetings, handling documentation

‣ Record Keeping and Reporting: 

  • Maintain accurate records of work permit applications, approvals, and expirations
  • Assist in preparing the data reports. 
  • Generate reports to track the status of work permits and compliance with immigration regulations

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in a role related to document’s administration, international mobility, migration
  •  Attention to details; good management, planning and analytical skills
  • High level of independence and collaboration
  • Understanding of HR best practice, labor and migration legislation
  • Excellent organisational, communication and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) (for reporting and presenting purposes)
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Fluency both in English and Lithuanian

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 2000-2500 monthly gross.
