Let’s start with the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support daily operations and HR projects that enhance efficiency. As a member of our Payroll & HR Operations Team within the People Division, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to stakeholders in Greece and across international markets. 

Our team is responsible for payroll processing, maintaining the HRIS, managing employee lifecycle documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies, benefits, leave management, and labor standards. Each year, we help launch new international markets, driving process improvements and delivering an excellent employee experience.

As an HR specialist, you will:
  • Support operational onboarding for new hires, managing HR processes, documentation, and records related to the full employee lifecycle, in alignment with payroll, company, and local authority requirements;
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in HR Information Systems related to employee lifecycle events, benefits administration, and time-off management;
  • Contribute to the HR Operations setup for new market expansions, supporting the establishment of HR processes, documentation, and operational readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams;
  • Build strong internal relationships and act as the go-to person for employee HR Operations queries, providing guidance on policies and processes;
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, collaborating with local and international HR benefit administrators and benefit providers to resolve employee inquiries;
  • Draft Policies and processes that will apply locally or to all Markets we operate; 
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity in our HRIS;
  • Prepare ad hoc reports to support informed decision-making.

What you will bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations in fast-paced international environments;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • Experience with onboarding-offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, including documentation management, employee relations, benefits administration;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and various HRIS;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Familiarity with basic labor law principles in EMEA and APAC will be considered a plus.
