Job Description

The HRBP analyst serves as the operational support for the EHRBP in the Contact Center to ensure the correct execution of the operational tasks related to the hiring, onboarding and engagement of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Request of benefits (Meal vouchers, gas vouchers and remote work vouchers, medical insurance, and other benefits) updates for new hires and terminations

• Ensure successful integration of new hires

• Manage the administrative process for personnel records

• Maintain and audit accurate information on the HR information systems

• Record and follow up of finalization of  probation periods

• Record Personnel changes in the HR system

• Implementation of engagement activities on site

• Receives and responds to HR General inquiries

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or one year of experience max in administrative areas, experience in HR is a plus

• Capability to manage processes, to identify gaps and opportunity areas

• Mandatory advanced English.
