We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our dedicated People (HR) team.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment to employee onboarding, improving employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in performance evaluations, and providing support to employees regarding their HR queries.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and to contribute to the development and implementation of various HR initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience from offer/contract to start date.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support regarding various HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, and personnel records management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support training and development activities.
  • Prepare reports related to HR metrics and assist in data analysis to support decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
