Two Circles is a global sports agency, connecting fans with sport properties using data. We work with some of the world’s biggest sports organisations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA – and have four times been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year. We have a team of just over 600 Two Circlers working from eight offices across the world (London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Kansas City, Paris, Bern and Melbourne) who work cross-region to service our expanding international client base. Every day, our team analyses billions of pieces of behavioural, attitudinal and purchase data from sports fans spanning the globe, using the latest machine-learning and data visualisation technology.
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to innovate with our technology stack and are seeking a talented Technical Analyst to join our growing team and help us deliver innovative data solutions for clients and build our data management and analytics platform. It is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport’s most exciting agency at our London office.
Role Profile:
Two Circles has built a bespoke Data Management & Data Analytics Platform. Two Circles uses this Platform to deploy highly configurable data flows that enable fan segmentation, data analytics, multi-channel marketing automation, highly personalised digital products, and data-driven B2C premium sales. Working with some of the biggest rights holders in the world, the will be responsible for implementing components of this platform. This will require you to work with our Consulting, Product and Data & BI Engineering teams to build a deep understanding of both the Platform and each individual client’s requirements so that you can implement the appropriate components for that client, playing a vital role in their digital transformation.
Your main duties & responsibilities:
• Working with our Consulting, Product and Data & BI Engineering Teams to define the client requirements.
• Design an end-to-end data flow to meet those requirements.
• Using our bespoke Data Management Hub to implement the client solution. This involves configuration of data ingestion, data mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, client facing analytics dashboards and integrations with third party software.
• Working with our Consulting and Data & BI Engineering Teams to test and reconcile the data after it has been integrated.
• Creating a detailed technical document to support the solution.
• Working with our Tech Ops Team to transition the clients into live support. The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
• Data analysis experience, working with relational databases.
