What You’ll Do: IMG Studios’ In-Field Operations department is an expansion market who are responsible for building out an In-Field offering of camera equipment, remote connectivity, bonded video encoders, servers and GUI’s.

This role will deliver best in class client satisfaction by ensuring IMG Studios In-Field Ops kits are offered to the best possible standard, and with unrivalled client and operational support.

PLEASE NOTE:

This is a fixed-term contract role until 30th September 2026, based at our facility in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

You will be required to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Applications will close on Thursday 4th December at 11.59pm UK Time.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Collaborate with In-Field Ops

• Manager to deliver outstanding client success in all IMG Studios Tech & Ops’ In-Field Ops planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with In-Field Ops
• Manager to research, develop, implement and deliver an ongoing In-Field Ops strategy and communicate all developments to the Commercial Solutions team so they can advise clients on new and evolving workflows.
• Build & maintain strong working relationships with IMG Tech & Ops client-base, understand their production requirements with a view to advising on and delivering best in class workflows. Where required, support with reccies / remote / in-field events. Prep and check all kit and work with operators to cross check kit on collection / return. Provide first level troubleshooting, maintenance and service, fault-finding and problem-solving on equipment, liaising with the Tech Department in escalating repairs. Advising client base on their production requirements, bonded video encoding workflows (LiveU & other brands) camera and rig requirements for specific shoots, and general camera / sound recording enquiries. Where possible, provide camera / sound crewing services for IMG Media. Provide an out-of-hour service where necessary. (Department mobile phone provided).

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

• Experience in a kit room and / or in an administrative and relevant role Customer-facing experience Strong working knowledge of MS Office and experience working with MediaPulse or similar scheduling software.
• Strong working knowledge of & hands on experience using bonded video encoders (eg LiveU) ENG broadcast camera equipment & cloud-based workflows.
• Good understanding of broadcast production and postproduction processes.
• • Experience in a Sports-based production environment.
