As an Infrastructure Security Engineer on Charlie Health’s Security team, you will be the founding engineer on a team dedicated to protecting our cloud environment. You will help set the tone and priorities of the program responsible for the maintenance and protection of Charlie Health’s web application.

The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $165,000 and $235,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
