The Role

As Inplay Supervisor you will work within a team to focus on live update and monitoring of various sporting events, including Volleyball, Tennis, Ice Hockey, Handball and many others. The workflow is organized in shifts, distributed between the team members in order to cover content all over the world 24/7. This is a great opportunity for a person with solid sports background and experience within the Sports Services Industry to further develop their skills while gaining managerial experience in a worldwide recognized Sports Data provider, and forge a career in a multi-national and ever successful brand.

Main Responsibilities:

• To monitor and collect data from live sports events all around the world
• To provide assistance to Live Data Department representatives on duty
• To provide assistance to various GSS representatives concerning the covered content
• To provide a constant sports expertise ensuring the high quality of the overall product provided
• To provide regular reports concerning any problems occurring during the working day
• To lead a team of Live Feed Analysts and develop their skills on a daily basis

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Very good knowledge in a variety of sports
• Excellent attention to detail
• High accuracy
• High customer service focus
• A proven ability to see problems through to their resolution
• Ability to be productive and concentrated in a high-stress work environment
• Good reporting ability
• Flexible and resourceful
