The Role:We’re seeking a mission-driven Inside Sales Representative with a passion for health optimization to join our growing team. In this high-volume, inbound sales role, you’ll be the first human touchpoint for prospective members—guiding them through our offerings, conducting virtual product demos, and helping them understand how Lifeforce can change the trajectory of their health. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, fielding a high number of qualified leads daily and closing sales through a consultative, trust-based approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and discovery calls with high-intent inbound leads
  • Guide prospective members through our diagnostics, telemedicine, pharmaceutical and peptide therapies, and supplement offerings with clarity and credibility
  • Close new business efficiently while maintaining a consultative, member-first tone
  • Manage a large volume of leads using CRM systems, calendar tools, and sales automation platforms
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment
  • Educate and inspire prospective members—articulating the value of precision health and longevity medicine
  • Continuously stay informed on Lifeforce products, protocols, and industry trends to deliver expert-level consultations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Health Coaches, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless onboarding

  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Passion for health and wellness is a must. You walk the walk—personally invested in fitness, nutrition, and performance. You follow the science, stay up to date with health trends and podcasts, and live the lifestyle our members aspire to.
  • Exceptional communication skills. You can distill complex health concepts into clear, actionable information. Your tone is confident, empathetic, and motivating.
  • Grit and drive. You thrive under pressure, embrace a high-volume pipeline, and push through obstacles with energy and persistence.
  • Sales ability. While passion is essential, you also know how to sell. You’ve held closing roles in inbound or consultative environments and have a strong grasp of sales psychology and process.
  • Educational or professional background in health. Ideally, you have experience or certification in personal training, nutrition, exercise science, kinesiology, or other health-related fields. Formal credentials aren’t required—but they build credibility and help you connect authentically with prospective members.
