About the Role:

The Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic and results-driven role focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. You will actively engage with potential clients through calls, referrals, and digital leads, showcasing our range of services and products. By understanding client needs, you’ll craft tailored solutions and guide them through the sales process. Success in this role requires an energetic, articulate, and goal-oriented individual who is eager to close sales and contribute to the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all Vizrt products, upgrades, updates, and competitive offerings.
  • Direct customers to resellers for product demonstrations and events. Use effective communication and exemplary customer service practices in client interactions.
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups on leads, and digital inquiries. Identify customer needs and create sales opportunities to meet those needs.
  • Respond to inquiries by providing detailed information and resolving any questions. Upsell products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Research and qualify new leads from digital resources, business directories, and web searches. Track performance and sales metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines with channel partners.
  • Manage and update prospective client information using CRM systems (Salesforce, Excel, etc.). Identify decision-makers within target leads to initiate the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities for team handoffs.
  • Handle inbound prospect calls, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Address and overcome objections from prospective customers.
  • Consistently communicate the brand identity and corporate values..

Requirements

  • Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls and confidently interact with new prospects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to connect and engage effectively.
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales success.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a passion for client engagement.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Deep understanding of the company’s products/services and the broader industry landscape.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Resilience and tenacity to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Solid knowledge of the sales cycle, from initiation to closure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or a related role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
  • Basic math skills for calculations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for sales events or exhibitions.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
