• Develop Business Cases: You will collaborate with peers on diverse projects such as retention campaigns, product launches, and operations process optimization.
• Budget Reporting: You will provide actual vs budget reporting to Retail department budget holders and assist them in the budgeting process, including resource planning.
• Data & KPI Management: You will ensure data and KPIs are accessible and tailored to facilitate number-based decision making.
• Standard Reporting: You will build and maintain a comprehensive standard reporting set for all business areas.
• Innovative Data Models: You will support the development of new data models like the “expected Customer Value segmentation.”
• Coaching & Mentorship: You will provide on-the-job support and coaching to less experienced Analysts.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Qualification. You are holding a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Statistics, Mathematics or any related field.
• Experience. You bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming industry.
• Tech Stack. You have used SQL, Tableau and Excel in your previous roles, therefore your skills are on an excellent level. Python knowledge is a plus.
• Data. You have a deep understanding of Data and Database (DWH) concepts. Also, you know how to build business cases and how to evaluate them.
• Solution-oriented & hands-on. Even under tough circumstances you consistently strive to achieving your goals.
• Self-motivated & self-driven. You hold yourself accountable to meet commitments and are driven by the desire to further develop.
• Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable but not essential.
