Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

- Start date: March 1
- Duration: 6 months
- Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU / Switzerland
- Note: This is a paid internship

Your Team:

The Corporate Strategy team partners with On’s global leadership to shape and execute the company’s long-term direction, ensuring alignment across markets, product categories, and functions. Our mission is to lead key growth and transformation initiatives — from developing new business models and category strategies to strengthening organizational processes and governance. Through strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and close collaboration, our team turns On's mission and vision into action.

Your Mission

  • Take ownership of independent strategic projects in a supported environment, contributing to On’s global priorities while allowing you to build project management experience

  • Collaborate with teams across functions and across regions to gain a holistic understanding of how On operates and how strategy translates into execution

  • Conduct consumer and market research and benchmarking to generate insights that support strategic decision-making across markets, categories, and functions

  • Learn and apply analytical and strategic skills to deep-dive into specific business challenges

  • Support team initiatives with fresh innovative ideas, insights, and a problem solving mindset"

Your Story:

  • Graduate or final-year student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a strong academic record is a plus
  • Passionate about the sportswear industry and excited to contribute to shaping On’s long-term growth and strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure research, draw insights from data, and communicate findings clearly
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of small projects in a supported  environment
  • Eager to learn how strategic thinking translates into real business impact across functions and regions
  • High level of spoken and written English, with strong communication and presentation skills
