Betsson Group is excited to offer a full-time internship opportunity with the largest iGaming company in Malta and is actively seeking hardworking and bright Legal Interns to join the Legal and Compliance Department.

For this role candidates must be based in Malta.

A Taste of What You Will Be Doing: Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling various administrative tasks
• Assisting the Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams in their daily work
• Aiding the Data Privacy team in managing data subjects' rights requests
• Assisting with contract coordination, filing, and archiving documents for the Legal team
• Supporting the Compliance team in tasks related to license applications and maintenance
• Communication with various teams and stakeholders across the business

You will be given independence and are expected to devise your own procedures and approaches.

What You Can Bring:

• Studying for a degree in law (completed at least the first year) at the Faculty of Law
• Strong interest in understanding how a legal and compliance department operates, particularly within the online gaming industry
• Excellent attention to detail for understanding documentation quickly
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Motivated, committed, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, with good legal writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in international business matters
