1. Assist China Legal Counsel in establishing and optimizing contract management processes to mitigate internal control risks.
2. Assist in reviewing advertising claims to reduce compliance risks.
3. Support the HQ and China Legal team in improving internal data compliance policies, including but not limited to legal research on updated regulations and data mapping exercises.
4. Assist in organizing IP-related demands and prepare regular case reports.
5. Support contract review and archiving of contracts/documents.
6. Assist in preparing corporate governance documents.
1. Current senior undergraduate or graduate student (Year 1/2) in Law.
2. Solid legal academic foundation; prior BAR exam pass is a plus.
3. Fluent in English (both written and spoken, working proficiency required).
4. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
5 Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to summarize effectively.
6. Strong interest in corporate in-house legal roles; candidates aspiring to become corporate legal counsel are preferred.
