<p class="p1"><strong>Job Responsibilities :</strong></p>

<p class="p1">1. Assist China Legal Counsel in establishing and optimizing contract management processes to mitigate internal control risks.</p>

<p class="p1">2. Assist in reviewing advertising claims to reduce compliance risks.</p>

<p class="p1">3. Support the HQ and China Legal team in improving internal data compliance policies, including but not limited to legal research on updated regulations and data mapping exercises.</p>

<p class="p1">4. Assist in organizing IP-related demands and prepare regular case reports.</p>

<p class="p1">5. Support contract review and archiving of contracts/documents.</p>

<p class="p1">6. Assist in preparing corporate governance documents.</p>

<p class="p1"><strong>Requirements :</strong></p>

<p class="p1">1. Current senior undergraduate or graduate student (Year 1/2) in Law.</p>

<p class="p1">2. Solid legal academic foundation; prior BAR exam pass is a plus.</p>

<p class="p1">3. Fluent in English (both written and spoken, working proficiency required).</p>

<p class="p1">4. Proficient in Word and PowerPoint.</p>

<p class="p1">5 Strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking, and ability to summarize effectively.</p>

<p class="p1">6. Strong interest in corporate in-house legal roles; candidates aspiring to become corporate legal counsel are preferred.</p>
