Neko Health is reimagining preventative healthcare. Co-Founded by Daniel Ek (Spotify) and Hjalmar Nilsonne, Neko combines advanced scanning technology with medical expertise to provide a complete health check in minute, helping people understand and improve their health through data. Following success in Europe, Neko is expanding to the U.S. and building a global team driven by purpose and innovation.

This role owns the strategy and execution to engage our global employee base—ensuring our Neko Vitals (mission, goals, values, and priorities) are communicated clearly, consistently, and with a human touch.

  • Build a strategic vision and channel strategy to deliver and maintain engaging and regular communications that informs team members about relevant company news and goals. 

    • Employee Engagement and Culture
  • Strengthen company culture by building transparent and timely communications that bring to life Neko’s Vitals (mission, goals, values, and priorities). 
  • Ensure employees stay engaged and informed as the company scales across new regions and markets.
