What We are looking for

As an Internal Communications Specialist at Novibet, you will be the anchor of our internal messaging bringing strategy to life, amplifying key developments and weaving engagement across our global team. You’ll design and deliver communications that inform, inspire and unify, while reinforcing our employer brand and company culture.

What you will work on

• Design and implement internal communication plans that support and align with overall company objectives
• Create engaging and timely content, including announcements, social media posts, videos, and presentations, to boost employee engagement
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders across teams and regions, providing communication support and guidance
• Plan and execute internal events and campaigns, from leadership offsites to company celebrations, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor and analyze the performance of internal communication activities, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with HR and Employer Branding teams to strengthen company culture and promote internal initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, social media, or PR
• Εxceptional writing skills in both English and Greek
• Strong digital fluency and confidence in using tools such as Slack, email platforms, social media, and other online communication tools
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted communications advisor
• Hands-on, highly organized multitasker with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
