Job Description

CLC’s International team is focused on providing our institutions and licensees with expertise to guide entrance and growth in the International space. Not only does CLC International field business directly, but CLC also works with IMG Licensing as an agency for additional international representation. As the CLC International Senior Coordinator, you will be the lead for all International business.

You will communicate directly with other CLC departments including Legal and Partnerships to draft license agreements, update trademark registrations, and supply bi-annual reports to the CLC International clients. Responsibilities: Host monthly meetings with IMG Licensing to touch base on upcoming opportunities and challenges. Host quarterly meetings with IMG Licensing for them to present Quarterly overview of business (royalty reports) Host weekly meeting with Legal to ensure all licensing activities and communications comply with CLC policies and licensing regulations. Serve as a primary point of contract for licensee accounts.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships to understand needs and resolve challenges in an effort to obtain both client and licensee satisfaction. Train Business Development Coordinator so they can support CLCI administrative processes, update trademark dockets, etc.
• Lead internal international training sessions to ensure that internal team new hires, cross department staff are equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively support international licensing. Update the deal tracker in Monday.com to streamline the license agreement renewal process, details, and tracking efficiency as you communicate with the Partnerships team to align the Domestic and International agreements. Initiate International deal memo submissions through the Brand Manager 360 system to establish a more organized and traceable method for sharing and communicating about international deals, amendments, and opportunities with the CLCI institutions. Update the contracts tracker to provide a clear and structured view of all international agreements, to include both license and agency contracts.
• Develop Mid-Year and End of Year Reports to send to all CLCI clients which provides an individualized business overview Work with JPatton Logos on Demand International Platform to support and update International trademarks Additional Responsibilities: Respond to all requests in a timely, professional manner Execute day-to-day administration of licensee accounts Maintain open communications and users of the platform, functioning as a systems expert and technical communications resource Develop relationships and open communication with internal staff overseeing relationships with clients Assist in providing information to be used in enforcement efforts, audits, and/or on-campus training sessions Responsible for enhancing, developing and implementing guidelines for licensees Provide training to licensees for licensing requirements Lead and assist in special projects, such as licensing audits, launches, seminars, and exhibitions and ensure projects are completed on time.

Requirements

2 years of customer service experience Bachelor’s Degree Strong organizational skills Strong data and financial literacy Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite Ability to multi-task Overtime required occasionally
