OVERVIEW
We are seeking an International Tax Manager to join our growing internal tax department to support the growth and expansion of the Company. An ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general income tax in public accounting and/or private industry with emphasis in international taxation for one or two years. The International Tax Manager will assist the International Tax Senior Manager and the Head of Tax in the Company’s international expansion and global structuring, as well as the tax compliance work (both income and indirect) for the local country and from the US tax perspective, which will mostly be prepared by third party service providers. The International Tax Manager would work mainly on international income and indirect tax matters since the other subdivisions within the tax department (domestic income tax and indirect tax) are being managed and handled by other subdivisions. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a strategic/curious mindset

QUALIFICATIONS
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits
