We are looking for our future Junior Marketing and business development Road Running Manager W/M to work on the commercial performance growth and brand marketing of the Road Running category (Travel could be expected). 

Your missions will be : Analytical, operational and organizational.

• Help in preparing business updates and performance analysis by channel, product line, or regions for the Road Running category
• Contribute in following the business and product marketing KPIs for the Road Running category
• Contribute in working on specific business case for the category globally
• Analysis of the competitor's marketing activations
• Analysis of consumer running experiences, needs and behaviors
• Contribute to gathering and assessing consumer feedback
• Contribute to the good unfolding of Customers visits from all regions to the ADC
• Participate in projects entrusted by the company's management (event organization)
• Showroom set up at the ADC (Annecy Design Center) and SSL (Salomon Sales Launch)
• Create marketing activation guidelines and execution (event, community run, retailer events etc.)
• Help to organize campaign shootings: product shoots, action, look book, creation of tutorial, and product videos
• Management of the product and visual database
• Support catalog product shoots (in studio)
• Product sample management
• Projects will be year-round and could also lead to specific missions linked to Marketing, Commercial or and merchandising for the Road Running Category.

🎓 Your skills:

• Education: Business school or similar specialization in Marketing/Sales at Master's Level
• Specific Skills:
  • An internship or experience in the field of product management, sales, business analyst and/or a sporting environment would be a bonus
  • Understanding of the road running market, consumers & communities
  • Organized, proactive, creative team worker and ability to work in a fast/dynamic environment.
  • Driving license essential

• Language(s): Excellent standard of English is a must, good standard of French is a plus
• IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Pack (Excel and Power Point mainly)
