Internship - People Operations at OneFootball - Berlin

OneFootball is the world’s #1 digital football platform, with more than 100 million active users across the world. Founded in 2008, we have come a long way to provide our users with the best personalized digital football experience.

We are a team of 240+ football fanatics with offices in Berlin and London. Our mission is to fuel the world’s football obsession: we amplify the excitement of the game. To support this mission, we are looking for an Intern to join our People Operations team!

This role is a full time 40 hour a week paid internship for up to 6 months.

Your Role

Support the People Operations Team in all Employee Life Cycle Tasks

Assisting with paperwork for employees throughout the entire life cycle

Provide proactive and efficient assistance to the People Team and all employees.

Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.

Your Profile

You are a student of business, administration, or a related field.

You're a hands-on person with a positive personality

You take a friendly and firm approach towards stakeholders in order to get the job done

You enjoy being in a service-oriented and supporting role as well as having autonomy and ownership

Organising, structuring and being in contact with people is what you love

Fluency in English is required, Portuguese speaking is a big plus
