Designed for students eager to learn by doing, grow in a global environment, and contribute to a high-performing team, this program offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on real business challenges from day one.

As a Kaizen Gaming Intern, you will:

• Contribute to real business projects and initiatives within your assigned team;
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and markets;
• Support day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to strategic business challenges;
• Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience;
• Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and new perspectives to the team;

What you will bring

We are looking for students who demonstrate potential, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.

Successful candidates will have:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any field of study;
• Enrolled from the 2nd year onwards
• Availability to work part-time during morning and/or afternoon hours, Monday through Friday;
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Brazil;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative;
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment;
• Organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The following will be considered a plus:

• Interest in technology, innovation, sports, gaming, or digital products;
• Participation in student organizations, academic projects, volunteer initiatives, or extracurricular activities;
• English proficiency.
