As an IT Administrator (m/f/x), you'll deliver reliable IT support that keeps our teams connected, productive, and ready to perform. From resolving technical issues and managing core business systems to improving the way we deliver IT services, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day experience our colleagues rely on. Working with teams across the business, you'll help create a secure, efficient, and high-performing workplace while continuously looking for smarter ways to improve how we work. Your playing field:

• You deliver high-quality desk-side and remote IT support, helping us maintain a great support experience for colleagues across the Tipico Group.
• You investigate and troubleshoot technical and operational issues, resolving incidents and service requests while continuously improving the services we provide.
• You take Ownership of reported issues, keeping users informed and ensuring timely resolution.
• You manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and mailboxes across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other core IT systems.
• You keep operational documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures accurate and up to date.
• You troubleshoot and repair hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including data recovery where needed.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

• Experience. 3–5 years of professional experience in an IT support environment.
• Education. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
• Microsoft 365. Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365.
• Active Directory. Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and related administration tasks
• Operating Systems. Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 and macOS environments.
• Atlassian Tools. Practical experience using Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence to support IT operations and service delivery.
• ITIL. Good understanding of IT Service Management principles and ITIL processes.
• Communication. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships across the business.
• Ownership. Self-driven, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
