About the Role
IT Administrators at Hinge Health are crucial to the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure. They ensure the day-to-day configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of all IT assets, holding a position of high trust with administrative access to our most sensitive systems. This role requires meticulous management of hardware inventory and endpoint lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring that all devices meet the diverse needs of our team while maximizing cost-effectiveness and compliance with environmental standards.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong vendor relationship management background, as this is essential for negotiating and managing contracts that provide the best value and service for our organization. Candidates should also be keenly interested in developing and optimizing IT asset lifecycle policies and procedures, enhancing our operational efficiency and security posture.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
  • Efficient Platform Access Management: Ensure seamless access for employees across numerous platforms, maintaining the integrity of our security protocols through rigorous Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) compliance.
  • Proactive Asset and Vendor Management: Oversee the lifecycle of hardware inventory, from procurement to buyback, while negotiating and managing relationships with vendors to secure optimal value and service.
  • Advance Security Measures: Collaborate closely with the security team to implement and maintain robust security strategies for all endpoints, including specialized equipment. Support the enhancement of our organizational security posture through regular audits and strategic improvements.
  • Policy Development and Automation: Contribute to the creation and enforcement of IT policies that align with our business objectives. Leverage automation to reduce error rates in configuration changes and improve process efficiency.
  • Leadership in IT and Security Awareness: Lead technology training sessions to foster a culture of good security practices and efficient IT resource utilization across the company. Use empathy to build trust and a positive IT culture throughout the organization.
  • Project Management Excellence: Manage critical IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the evolving needs of the organization. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure IT solutions align with broader business goals.
  • Research and Innovate: Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions that benefit the organization.
