ResponsabilitiesYou are in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..) You ensure IT Services delivers the best experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activitiesYou maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications You track and maintain hardware and software inventoryYou verify the good functioning of the VC roomsYou update and document the current IT proceduresYou take part in IT Projects
