THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an IT Governance Apprentice for our IT Governance team in São Paulo - BR!
The IT Governance team plays a fundamental role in facilitating collaboration between different teams, helping Wellhubbers maximize their efforts and resources to achieve the best results. The core pillars of action include:
Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling financial resources allocated to the IT area, ensuring efficient use aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Payment Oversight: Managing and approving payments related to IT suppliers, services, and contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation.
IT Services and Contracts Management: Administering IT service contracts, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring the quality of services provided, and adherence to established agreements.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Support the team: Assist in daily tasks, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the area.
  • Seek improvements: Collaborate in identifying opportunities to optimize processes and increase team efficiency.
  • Organize and control: Help maintain the organization of the area through the creation and updating of reports and internal controls.
  • Promote communication: Interact with other teams, facilitating dialogue and ensuring alignment between areas.
  • Actively participate: Contribute ideas and learning in meetings and projects, seeking professional development.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are highly interested in IT Governance, and you are a curious individual seeking your first professional opportunity.
  • You are proactive and take the initiative to seek solutions and propose improvements.
  • You are eager to learn new things every day, you are tech-savvy, and wish to build a career in IT.
  • You are familiar with collaborative tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email, online communication tools).
  • You are an excellent communicator and team worker.
  • You have at least basic English skills and are studying to develop further (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • You are currently based in the city of São Paulo/SP.
