We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. We are passionate about advancing women’s sports, investing in our local community, and redefining the future of professional soccer. As a startup club with a big vision, we’re building from the ground up—and looking for entrepreneurial team members who want to be part of something extraordinary.

The Role

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring the secure, efficient, and effective operation of all IT systems, services, and support. This individual will play a critical role in supporting game-day technology, front office operations, cyber security, and long-term systems planning as the club grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and troubleshooting for all staff as well as third party Managed Service Provider
  • Ensure data security, system backups, and IT compliance with league, federal, and state regulations
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, devices, and access permissions across platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPNs, POS systems, etc.)
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to support a secure and scalable infrastructure
  • Coordinate and support technology needs for club events, including WiFi, credentialing, A/V systems, and vendor tech integrations
  • Support the integration and maintenance of software systems across departments, such as ticketing, CRM, finance, HR, and performance analytics
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT-related services and procurement
  • Monitor IT budgets and expenditures, recommending cost-effective solutions
  • Lead IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to sports organizations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in an IT management role
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based systems, SaaS platforms, and endpoint management
  • Experience in stadium and/or training facility infrastructure design and implementation, with a focus in networking, AV, connectivity solutions, and fan engagement
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure and troubleshooting in a complex environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, data privacy laws, and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in sports, live events, or entertainment environments preferred but not required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends during the season and special events
