As Project Manager (PDM/PLM) W/M, you will lead the execution of initiatives that bring our Product Data Management strategy to life across Winter Sports Operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with roadmap and technical standards. This role is a fixed-term, 2-year assignment.
- Deliver PDM/PLM projects by managing plans, schedules, tasks, and resources within the budget and roadmap set by the Product Owner.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, and vendors to keep dependencies clear and initiatives on track.
- Ensure project delivery follows the technical standards and integration guidelines defined by the Solution Architect.
- Organize project team meetings, track progress, and escalate risks or issues to leadership as needed.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including milestones, task lists, and progress reports.
- Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve delivery practices.
- Support steering committees and governance meetings by providing clear reporting on status, risks, and actions.
Essential Skills & Experiences
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT or engineering transformation projects.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk mitigation at the project level.
- Experience managing cross-functional and vendor teams in international contexts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) / Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts; familiarity with ERP, CAD, or MES is an advantage.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications: Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile PM).
- Languages: Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong plus.

Occasional international travel in Europe required.
