What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Google Workspace and related services.
• Oversee the deployment and management of end user devices (such as Macs and ChromeBooks), including software updates and security patches.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for various automation tasks and system integrations.
• Implement and manage Okta workflows for user authentication and access control.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting across systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc) and operating systems (MacOS, ChromeOS, Linux, etc.)
• Ensure the security and compliance of all IT systems and data.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Build, deploy, and maintain Enterprise Browser technology to users and contractors.
• Assist in the automating of onboarding and offboarding process of employees, ensuring proper setup and security of IT resources.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience integrating and managing enterprise systems (such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) 
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
• Experience with Okta or other identity management systems.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with other scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of network administration and cloud services.
• Experience utilizing terraform to manage critical systems.
• Deep experience with Okta workflows
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and practices.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
