As an IT Systems Manager, you will be vital in coordinating and driving the appropriate implementation of projects and change requests related to Zuora, Salesforce, and various system integrations.
You'll work closely with our engineering team to ensure an efficient pipeline from requirements gathering to production deployment.
Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project management for Zuora, Salesforce, and system integration initiativesFacilitate standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospective meetingsCollaborate with key stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, ensuring alignment with business processesOversee project backlog management, including task refinement and distributionWork closely with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize systems and integrationsQA and Release managementIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects and tasks on trackStay current with industry trends and best practices in Zuora, Salesforce, and system integration technologiesPrioritize and manage incoming requirements from different teams, balancing competing needs and ensuring alignment with project goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience as an IT Project Lead, Team Lead, Project Manager or similarGreat personality with +5 years of people leadership experience Proactive and results-oriented mindsetPreferably an understanding of Zuora and Salesforce platforms, with hands-on experience in configuration and customizationExperience with systems integrations across ERP systems, shipping systems, marketing automation systems, CDP systems, and alikeEnhanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsProblem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex technical challengesProficient in using Asana for project management tasksAt Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
