At Veo, we utilize Salesforce as our CRM and rely on Zuora to manage recurring subscription payments. Experience with the principles and operations of a recurring subscription business is crucial for this role, regardless of specific system familiarity.
New features and improvements developed in Business IT are aimed at enhancing the systems mentioned. This results in new branches for requests, bug fixes, and numerous individual cases that require resolution.
Responsibilities:Deliver technical support, removing blockers from SalesDesign scalable solutions based on Salesforce and Zuora, integrating with relevant fulfillment systemsDevelop and maintain our integration middle layer, which builds on AWS infrastructure with Python and TypeScriptConfigure and customize Zuora and Salesforce platforms to support integration requirements, including data mapping, workflow automation, and API integrationPerform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and release managementDocument integration processes, technical specifications, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future referenceWorking closely with the Business IT department in CopenhagenQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExperience in programming languages such as Python, and TypeScript, with the ability to write efficient and maintainable codeExperience with frontend developmentExperience working with databases (SQL) and performing data manipulation and transformation tasksExperience with Salesforce is desirable but not a requirementExperience working with payment solutionsAdvanced problem-solving skills and ability to identify and debug complex technical issuesComprehensive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAt Veo, you'll be part of a thriving work environment where every day brings new excitement.
