About the Role

• Perform the daily settlement process for theScore Bet. 
• Identify, monitor, and track variances in customer deposits and withdrawals from theScore Bet Sportsbook app. 
• Maintain supporting details for all settlements on a daily and monthly basis based on payment method (VISA, Debit/Credit, PayPal, and ACH). Prepare bank and account reconciliations. 
• Work with external partners and payment processors to resolve discrepancies on a case-by-case basis including chargeback resolution. 
• Additional projects of a financial nature to complement internal gaming reporting. 
• Other duties as required. 

About You

• Post-secondary degree preferably in accounting, finance, or business field. 
• Expert in Excel and experience dealing with large datasets. 
• Experience in a bookkeeping, gaming or payment processor settlement environment is an asset. 
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly, maintain focus and a high degree of accuracy while working with complex data in an environment of ever-changing deadlines, priorities, and requirements. 
• Must have an analytical mind set and have a strong attention to detail. 
• Experience or knowledge of the payment processing industry preferred. 
• Basic grasp of sports wagering not required but helpful. 
• Maintaining and complying with theScore's ICFR program including reporting control issues to senior management.
