• Support the Design Team in creating compelling visual assets across digital and print touchpoints – from website and social media to newsletters, packaging, and beyond.
• Assist in maintaining and evolving our brand identity by working within (and sometimes pushing) our visual guidelines.
• Contribute ideas and concepts to marketing campaigns, product launches, and content creation.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Content to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and support production processes with attention to detail.
• Stay up to date with design trends and bring fresh inspiration into our visual world.

• A degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• First hands-on experience through internships, freelance projects, or personal design work.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
• A sharp eye for layout, color, and typography, plus a strong sense for brand storytelling. 
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, design-driven environment. 
• Curiosity for branding and product design – golf knowledge is a bonus, not a must. 
• Team spirit and clear communication skills in English.
