We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

What you will do

We are seeking a Junior BI Engineer with a strong aptitude for data modeling and DAX to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining bespoke reports in Power BI, working with Data Engineers to build out efficient data model and supporting on quality assurance for Excel dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Bespoke Reports: Develop visually appealing and insightful reports within Power BI tailored to business needs.
• Quality Assurance: Own the quality assurance process for legacy Excel dashboards that are updated by our analysts
• Excel Dashboard Support: Assist in Excel dashboard errors if and when they arise
• Data Model Training (Short-Term): Support on data model training within Power Pivot which is delivered to our new analysts as part of onboarding

Requirements

Required Proficiency

• Power BI: Experience working data modelling and report building in Power BI.
• DAX Measures: Hands-on experience building DAX measures to meet complex reporting requirements.
• SQL: Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Analysis Services (Nice to have): Experience with data modelling within Analysis Services
• Power Pivot (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Power Pivot in Excel, including data modeling and relationships, is an advantage but not a necessity

Able to commute into the Aviation House London office regularly to work with the wider engineering and client teams.
