About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Communications Executive to join our team, based in New York. This role sits at the intersection of external communications, social content, and internal engagement, ideal for someone passionate about sport, media, and storytelling. As part of a global Marketing & Communications team, you’ll help shape and share the Two Circles story across our channels, support internal initiatives, and promote our clients’ achievements to the wider industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support external communications, including drafting and distributing press releases, media outreach, and maintaining relationships with journalists
• Manage content across social media channels (LinkedIn, website, and other platforms), ensuring regular, engaging, and brand-aligned updates
• Assist with internal communications, including presentations, company updates, and employee news
• Provide insights and reporting on campaign performance to help inform and optimize communication strategies
• Help promote client news and announcements, amplifying their success stories through Two Circles’ owned and earned channels
• Collaborate closely with teams across our global offices to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across time zones

What You’ll bring:

• Experience in a PR or communications role (agency or in-house)
• Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style for different audiences
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
