Overview

At Eversports, our mission is simple: "making sports happen". We do that by giving our partners the tools they need to run and grow their business, and by making sure they never feel alone while doing it. As our new Junior Customer Care Executive, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our French-speaking partners rely on: guiding them through onboarding, supporting them day-to-day, and helping them unlock everything the Eversports Manager has to offer. Working closely with our Sales, Finance, and Product & Engineering teams, you'll be at the centre of the action from day one.

Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)

Planned start: September 2025

Office: Vienna, Austria

Your Tasks

  • Onboard new customers and walk them through everything they need to hit the ground running with our platform
  • Be there for our existing clients wherever they need us with the kind of support that actually solves things
  • Be involved in Customer Care projects and initiatives that keep our partners engaged and our community growing
  • Contribute to business intelligence projects by helping keep our database clean, accurate, and reliable 
  • Own a piece of our online helpdesk, keeping articles up to date, easy to understand, and genuinely useful for those who need them
  • Jump in on the daily rhythm of the Customer Care team - from ad hoc tasks like customer imports to whatever the day throws at us

Your Profile

  • Native French and fluent English skills; a third language (German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus
  • Confident communicator comfortable picking up the phone with a B2B partner and finding solutions, not just closing tickets
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused - you follow through and care about getting things right
  • Comfortable with digital tools - Google Workspace, MS Office, and quick to pick up new software
  • A genuine interest in sports or wellness - you don't need to be a triathlete, but curiosity about our partners' world goes a long way
  • Motivation over pedigree - whether you're a recent graduate, switching direction, or just starting out, we'd rather have someone driven and eager to grow

At Eversports, we believe in transparency, so here is the fine print: for the current position we will offer a yearly gross salary of EUR 32,410 (based on a full-time basis of 35h, change according to the position and experience level)
