We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

What you will do

Two Circles has built a bespoke Data Management & Data Analytics Platform. Two Circles uses this Platform to deploy highly configurable data flows that enable fan segmentation, data analytics, multi-channel marketing automation, highly personalised digital products, and data-driven B2C premium sales. Working with some of the biggest rights holders in the world, you will be responsible for implementing components of this platform. This will require you to work with our Consulting, Product and Data & BI Engineering teams to build a deep understanding of both the Platform and each individual client’s requirements so that you can implement the appropriate components for that client, playing a vital role in their digital transformation.

Your main duties & responsibilities:

• Working with our Consulting, Product and Data & BI Engineering Teams to define the client requirements.
• Design an end-to-end data flow to meet those requirements.
• Using our bespoke Data Management Hub to implement the client solution. This involves configuration of data ingestion, data mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, client facing analytics dashboards and integrations with third party software.
• Using tools like SQL, Databricks and Azure Data Factory to test and reconcile the data after it has been integrated.
• Creating a detailed technical document to support the solution.
• Working with our Tech Ops Team to transition the clients into live support.
• Working with our Consulting and Delivery Management teams to develop and enhance processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Requirements gathering and documentation in a Business Analyst of Systems Analyst role.
• Experience analysing data, ideally using SQL or Python and with an understanding of relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and adapt comms based on the audience and to clearly articulate their understanding of problems and solutions.
• Process definition and documentation. Proven experience with building, reviewing and improving processes and tooling to aid the efficiency of projects.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.

The above skills are important and will help significantly with the role. There will also be a lot of new technologies and processes to work with, so the right attitude is the most important factor.
