What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Email Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or build their marketing career in the exciting world of global sports media.
In this role, you’ll support the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns that engage our B2B audience. You’ll assist in crafting email content, scheduling campaigns, maintaining clean data lists, and tracking performance with guidance from senior team members.
This is a hands-on role were you’ll grow your skills in digital marketing, data analysis, and brand communication within a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, from initial setup to final reporting.
- Assist in writing clear and engaging email copy in line with our brand tone.
- Help maintain and segment email lists for accurate targeting and personalisation.
- Schedule and test email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Monitor basic campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and delivery success.
- Work with designers, content creators, and analytics teams to support broader campaign goals
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR)
Required skills and qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of email marketing principals and digital campaign workflows.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in data and analytics, with a willingness to learn how to interpret performance results.
- Familiarity with email tools or platforms (experience with HubSpot is a bonus).
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
