Let's start with the role

We are seeking a hands-on junior HR professional to play a key role in our daily operations and support HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. As an exceptional communicator with attention to detail and effective time management, you'll be an integral part of our team.

As a Junior HR Specialist you will
  • The junior HR specialist will be responsible for the following in Greece, as well as existing and future headquarters-supported international markets;
  • Support operational onboarding for newcomers, managing HR processes, documentation, and records related to the full employee lifecycle, aligned with payroll, company, and local authority requirements;
  • Ensure the accurate update of HR Information Systems for the full employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and time-off management;
  • Build strong internal relationships and serve as the go-to person for employee HR Operations queries, providing advice on policies and processes;
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, collaborating with international HR benefit administrators and benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries;
  • Generate ad hoc reports to support informed decision-making.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in HR Operations, preferably in a multinational, fast-paced environment will be considered a strong asset.
  • Exposure to benefits administration, onboarding-offboarding, and employee life cycle processes and documentation management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and various HRIS.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills.
  • Familiarity with basic principles of labor law for European, North/South American countries is a plus.
