Wargaming is looking for a problem solver, positive and detail-oriented Junior Migration Specialist to strengthen the Wargaming Vilnius HR Operations team!

New employee will support Migration Specialist on various immigration and HR documentation tasks – from technical preparation of the files till data analysis and communication with foreign employees. It is a unique possibility to work with different HR tasks and high-skilled immigration processes on all stages. 

What will you do?

• Support HR documentation reviews and documents preparation 
• Assistance with migration related documentation and procedures: provide guidance, assistance and support to employees in migration-related questions
• Assist in the technical preparation of files related to migration law (filling out applications, etc.) 
• Track and monitor status of employee’s MIGRIS applications 
• Communicate with foreign employees to collect and verify required immigration documents 
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the legal requirements 
• Perform data and document’s transfer into systems to ensure data accuracy 
• Administrative Support: scheduling meetings, handling documentation
• Assist in preparing the data reports 

What are we looking for?

• 1+ years of experience in HR related processes
• Understanding of labor and migration legislation
• Attention to details; good management, planning and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,) (for reporting and presenting purposes)
• High level of independence and collaboration
• Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Fluency both in English and Lithuanian
   

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 1800-2100 monthly gross.
