About the role
We are looking for a Junior OPEC Analyst, based in Rio de Janeiro, to support the Commercial Operations (OPEC) team in managing commercial breaks, monitoring schedules, and assisting during live broadcasts. This professional will work closely with the OPEC Analyst and must be available to attend live events at the production facility, with flexibility to work on different schedules, including weekends.
What you'll be doingSupport the OPEC Analyst in checking, organizing, and inserting commercial breaks into the playout systemAssist in controlling and verifying commercial and promotional materials for airingBe present at live events in the production facility, providing operational support for programming and commercials executionHelp with the receipt and verification of CRTs and other required documentationCollaborate with Programming and Transmission Coordination in case of failures or last-minute adjustmentsKeep organized records of commercial broadcasts for tracking and reportingWhat you'll bringInitial experience or internship in OPEC, TV programming, or media operations (is a plus)Availability to work on flexible schedules and weekends, depending on event needsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn operational processesGood communication skills and ability to work in a teamBasic knowledge of Excel and organizational toolsInterest in developing a career in OPEC and media operationsMust be available to work on-site in Rio de JaneiroWhat’s In It For You
